If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:

   * Please report your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
   * We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
   * Product has to be in unused condition.
   * Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
   * Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fullfilled. 

*Note: If you are interested in placing a bulk order you are most welcome to request a sample to be sent to you for review. You just have to pay the shipping and we will dispatch the free sample to you.
